Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Eurion ("we", "the Company") and users of the website eurion.co.kr and our mobile applications, including Chip Match: Cyber Merge Puzzle, Pushbin, and Hacker Cat: Idle Action RPG (together, the "Service").

2. Definitions

  • "Service" means the website and every feature we provide through our applications.
  • "User" means anyone who uses the Service under these Terms.
  • "Game service" means gameplay features, leaderboards, and cloud save.
  • "In-game items" means points, currency, and items that exist only inside a game.
  • "Paid items" means in-game products that you buy with real money through an app store's payment system.

3. Effect and amendment

We publish these Terms on the Service or the website, and they take effect for users who accept them. We may amend them within the limits of applicable law. We will announce any amendment, with its effective date and reason, at least seven days beforehand, or thirty days beforehand where the change is unfavourable to users.

4. What we provide

  • Collecting, organising, and analysing device notifications
  • Reviewing notification patterns and statistics
  • Game services, including leaderboards and cloud save
  • Any other service we develop or add

We aim to provide the Service without interruption, but it may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, replacement, or a fault.

5. Changes and discontinuation

We may change or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons. Where the Service changes materially or ends, we will give notice through the website or the app beforehand.

6. Your obligations

  • Comply with applicable law, these Terms, and the guidance we publish
  • Do not misappropriate another person's information or infringe their rights
  • Do not interfere with the normal operation of the Service, and do not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute it without permission

7. Intellectual property

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Service and its related works belong to us. You may not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise exploit them, or let a third party do so, without our prior consent.

8. Personal data

We comply with applicable data protection law. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

  • We are not liable where we cannot provide the Service because of force majeure, including natural disaster and network failure.
  • We are not liable for problems using the Service that arise from causes attributable to you.
  • For a service provided free of charge, we are not liable except where applicable law provides otherwise.
  • We cannot recover data held only on your device if you reset the device, delete the app, or the storage fails.
  • Nothing in this clause limits any consumer right that the law of your country of residence does not allow to be excluded.

10. Advertising

Some of our games are provided free of charge and include advertising. Ads are served by third-party advertising providers. We are not responsible for the content of an advertisement or for third-party services reached through one. Processing of personal data for advertising is governed by our Privacy Policy.

If you buy the paid item "Remove Ads", no ads are shown in that game and rewards that used to require watching an ad are granted without one. Limits on how often and how many rewards you can receive still apply.

11. In-game items and progress

  • Scores, currency, and items obtained in a game are data usable only inside that game. They cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to anyone else.
  • We may change how much of an item you earn, what it costs, and what it does, in order to balance the game. Material changes are announced in advance.
  • Leaderboard entries obtained by illegitimate means may be corrected or removed without prior notice.
  • In games that do not use sign-in or cloud save, your progress exists only on your device and cannot be recovered if you change device or delete the app. Hacker Cat: Idle Action RPG also saves your progress to our server automatically, but if you delete the app or change device without being signed in to Play Games, your previous progress cannot be recovered.

12. Purchasing paid items

  1. We sell paid items in some of our games. The paid item currently on sale is "Remove Ads" (one-time purchase) in Hacker Cat: Idle Action RPG. It removes all ads in that game and grants rewards that used to require watching an ad without one (Article 10).
  2. Paid items are purchased through Google Play's billing system. Payment methods, the payment process and charges are governed by Google Play's terms and policies. Prices are shown on the purchase screen; the amount actually charged is the amount shown on the Google Play payment screen.
  3. "Remove Ads" applies to the game account used to buy it. If you reinstall the app or change device, tap "Restore purchases" in the app's settings with the Google Play account you used to buy it, and it is applied again.
  4. Where a minor buys a paid item without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or the guardian may cancel the contract, except where the law restricts cancellation, for example when the purchase was made with money the guardian allowed the minor to spend.

13. Withdrawal of purchase

  1. You may withdraw a purchase within 7 days of buying a paid item.
  2. However, digital content such as "Remove Ads" that takes effect and starts being used as soon as it is bought may be excluded from withdrawal under Article 17(2) of the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. We state this on the purchase screen or another place where you can easily see it; if we have not done so, withdrawal is not restricted.
  3. Notwithstanding paragraph 2, if a paid item differs from what was displayed or advertised, or is not provided as agreed, you may withdraw within 3 months of receiving it and within 30 days of the day you learned, or could have learned, of the difference.
  4. Nothing in this Article limits the withdrawal or refund rights that the consumer law of your country of residence grants you.

14. Refunds

  1. Within 48 hours of purchase, you can request a refund directly from Google Play under its refund policy. For any other withdrawal or refund, email manager@eurion.co.kr with the account code shown on the "Account" card in the app's settings and your Google Play order number (starting with GPA).
  2. Once we confirm that a withdrawal or refund request is valid, we cancel or refund the payment through Google Play within 3 business days. When the money reaches you depends on Google Play and your payment provider.
  3. If you are overcharged, for example because of a payment error, we refund the full overpaid amount.
  4. Paid items that are withdrawn, refunded or cancelled are revoked. For "Remove Ads", the effect is removed from the game account and ads are shown again.
  5. If we intend to end a game service in which paid items were sold, we announce it in the app or on our website at least 30 days before the end date. Paid items without a set period of use, such as "Remove Ads", are deemed to be used until the end date of the service.

15. International availability

Our applications are distributed through app stores in many countries. You are responsible for complying with the law of the country where you live and use the Service, and all or part of the Service may be unavailable in some countries. Where translations of these Terms differ, the Korean version prevails.

16. Disputes and governing law

If a dispute arises between us, both parties will try to resolve it amicably through discussion. Failing that, proceedings will be brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act, and these Terms are interpreted under the law of the Republic of Korea.

If you are a consumer resident outside the Republic of Korea, this clause does not deprive you of the choice of forum or the mandatory protections granted to you by the consumer law of your country of residence.

Supplementary provision

These Terms take effect on 27 September 2026. The version effective from 7 September 2026 remains in force until the day before.
